HI I’m Manisha Dhar!!

Manisha Dhar is  a Career Coach, Educator, Senior Administrator and Yoga enthusiast.

She is a Certified Career Service Provider (CCSP) by National Career Development Association (NCDA), an International Certified Career Coach by Career Development Alliance, USA, and a certified Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT)  counselor by DISC Singapore.

Manisha is a passionate Educator with 23 years of teaching experience as PGT Biology. An ICSE examiner for 13+ years. Currently, She is pursuing M.ed from Nagaland University and completed double Master's from Sikkim Manipal University (Ecology & Environment) and Annamalai University (Zoology) and a B.ed & Bachelor's degree holder from Utkal University.

She is the Founder of Road to The Rainbow and the Former  Vice-Principal at Narayan school Sodepur of Narayan Group of institutions and a Career coach.

She encourages students to holistically understand & appreciate the importance of studies in daily life. A believer in strong communication channels between Teachers and Students, which encourage children to express their ideas freely and make an informed decision on their career choices through career guidance and coaching. 

Manisha is a Himalayan trekker, Handicraft curator & fitness enthusiast. She attends community Yoga & Meditation workshops fortnightly, at Park Rd Barrackpore.
