Manisha is the Founder and lead career navigator at Road to Rainbow. She is a Career counselor and Biology educator based out of Kolkata, India, and is the Former Vice-principal of Narayana school Kolkata. She is a passionate educator with 28 years of teaching experience in high school.

A believer in continuous persuasion of excellence, Manisha loves to interact with and mentor young minds and future generations of the country in her spare time.
